Chatham’s Core Client Experience Program provides a view of the client lifecycle either on a stand-alone or an integrated basis. Each service examines a unique stage of the client journey, including the perceptions of intermediaries who help drive key decisions, as well as perceptions of clients from before they make a decision to hire a firm to after they leave.
